Everyone has probably already heard the sad news, but Toys R Us and Babies R Us is going out of business! 🙁 I’m sure there are a ton of rumors floating around, but please keep the employees in your thoughts and prayers. I know some have been employed at my local store for several years and some are having a difficult time finding a job compatible with the same wages, hours and benefits they are currently receiving. Thank you!
I visited my store today to see if things were moving along with the discounts and they were…slightly. I found this sign hanging throughout the store. Most items seemed to be 10% off at this point.
If you have any store gift cards you haven’t used yet, I suggest using them soon. You would have to shop in store though because the Toys R Us and the Babies R Us website has been shut down. I do believe they are keeping the online registries open for a bit.
