August 30th is “National Toasted Marshmallow Day”!

It’s that perfect time of year (for most) for a bonfire with toasted marshmallows!  Cool nights by a warm fire with a sweet treat sounds pretty good!

We don’t have an in-ground fire pit, but we do like to use our above ground one.  It’s been a little “toasty” here in Florida, but I know our best weather is coming in a couple of months.

There is no denying it now.  The Holidays are upon us.  I’ve seen Fall and Halloween items in most stores already.  I’ve even seen quite a bit of Christmas at most of the big chain stores.  This is definitely my favorite time of the year!!!

It was fun walking into Lowe’s the other day!  They were just starting to display some holiday items!

At the time I went, they mostly had displays out.  There wasn’t a lot available to purchase yet.  That, I’m sure, is happening as I’m typing this!  🙂
