If you are a coffee fan and you haven’t tried “Whipped Coffee” yet, you are missing out! It is so simple to make and it tastes delicious! It turns a regular cup of Joe into a creamy, frothy and fun drink! You can make it as strong or as weak as you’d like by adding more or less instant coffee or by adding more or less milk. Here’s our recipe and the ingredients we used. Want to see how easy it is…watch the video!
Whipped Coffee (2 servings):
- 2 Tbsp Nescafe Gold Espresso Blonde or instant coffee of choice
- 2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 2 Tbsp Water (hot or cold)
- 30 oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk 0r milk of choice
- 4 Ice Cubes
- Milk Frother or whip with whisk
Mix the instant coffee and sweetener together in a tall glass or bowl. Add the water. Use your milk frother or whisk to “whip” the mixture into stiff peaks. Set the mixture aside. Fill two glasses with approximately 15 oz of milk each and add ice. Top off the glasses with equal amounts of the instant coffee mix. Stir and enjoy!!
